Bruns Plaster Cast Shear is a specialized heavy duty instrument that is often preferred by surgeons to cut open and adjust plaster casts and other dressings during orthopedic and general surgeries.

Bruns Plaster Shears comes with special round tips includes saw toothed blades to easily move through dressings without tearing them apart. Cuts through fiber glass castings, plaster casts, thick bandages as well as tubes and wires. The unique design makes them highly versatile and ideal for a range of surgical procedures. These shears feature serrated jaws and non-ratcheted finger ring scissors that are also suitable for cutting fiberglass casting. The body of the instrument is made of 100% medical-grade stainless steel.
